Refunds: All sales are final. Customer has 24 hours after taking possession of flowers (for in store purchase) or upon accepting delivery of flowers to contact us at (515) 360-8980 if there is a problem. It is management’s determination if store credit, floral exchange, or refund is necessary.
If a refund from a credit card purchase is determined funds will be returned to credit card used in purchase and not in cash.
